Meet Attorney Gregory Biernacki
Greg Biernacki helped start Real Estate Tax Consultants, Inc with his father Wayne D Biernacki in 1993. Greg learned the tax appeal business from his father who was a real estate broker/appraiser, former commercial assessor with the Allegheny County Assessment Department, and a past president of the Assessor’s Association of Pennsylvania. After becoming an attorney in 2002, Greg Biernacki focused on tax assessment appeals throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, helping large and small taxpayers alike. Since then, Gregory Biernacki has helped his clients save millions of dollars in real estate taxes.
Greg also has a thriving law firm where he has expanded his practice, aiding his clients in numerous real estate related matters, zoning and use variances cases, residential and commercial contract negotiations, trust and estate practice, and many other general practice matters.
